Hello Friends & Family!

A quick update on our upcoming shindig here in Telluride! We have some fun events on Friday and Sunday that EVERYONE is invited to so please check out our SCHEDULE OF EVENTS page and jump in when you can! Also, note that we will be watching weather and adjusting if needed. Look for updates on time and venue changes should things get crazy.

Airport Shuttles :

We have our airport shuttle available for pick-ups and drop offs to/from the Montrose or Telluride airport. Please email Luke@wildoaktelluride.com to schedule a ride.

Friday Welcome Cocktails:

We reserved The Sheridan Old Bar from 5-7pm to start the festivities. It's an OPEN BAR so come one, come all! Because the bar is all ours, children are welcome to join as well (free pool and foosball!).

Friday Dinner Reservations:

We encourage everyone to make dinner reservations after the cocktail event. It will be a busy weekend in town, so it will be good to have a place to belly up and enjoy some of our classic cuisine options!

Some suggestions are below.

The Grand - High End New American

The National -- Mediterranean inspired cuisine

Sheridan Chop House -- Authentic Steak House

Siam -- Authentic Thai Cuisine

Wood Ear -- Unique Ramen Shop

Saturday Hikes:

We have two hikes planned for Saturday. See details and sign up on our website under the SCHEDULE OF EVENTS page Everyone is meeting at Oak Fat Alley at the bottom of the gondola before heading out. There is a beginner and intermediate hike planned so you can choose your own adventure.

Saturday Ceremony:

THE BIG EVENT AT THE LITTLE HOUSE

The wedding is located at 231 N Townsend. The darling house that we call home is known as The Little House.

Wardrobe:

Please bring a warm jacket and shoes you can wear while walking on grass to accompany your wedding outfit. Also please bring a rain jacket/umbrella. We are trying to collectively reverse Murphy's Law by being over prepared so the weather will work in our favor.

IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER LOOK FOR OUR VENUE PIVOT TO THE ELK'S LODGE!

Shuttle Driver Available Saturday Night :

We have our shuttle available Saturday night starting at 10:30pm to drive anyone out of town, down valley or to the Mountain Village (after 12pm) once the gondola closes. Please put your "estimated" departure time on Luke or Katy's radar at some point Saturday night and TIP YOUR DRIVER!

Bears!

There will be bears roaming the streets at night sorting through the trash. Always make noise as you walk outside at night and make sure to not leave food or drinks outside. Also please make sure to lock your trash cans outside your rental!

Sunday Brunch :

We are hosting a "hair of the dog" brunch at the Telluride Elks Lodge from 10am-1pm. We will have Bloodies and Mimosas and breakfast bites in spades! Football will be on as well. Come see us on your way out of town!
